The Sociedade Panteísta Ayahuasca, headquartered in the municipality of Paudalho (PE, Brazil), is a private-law civil society of religious purpose, non-profit, of unlimited duration. It is governed by its statute — registered under numbers 141-A and 142-A, Book A-1, fls. 96v/98v, at the 1st Notary Office of Paudalho/PE — as well as by the legal provisions and rules of public law applied to the use of Ayahuasca. The CNPJ (Brazilian tax ID) of the Sociedade Panteísta Ayahuasca is 05.344.095/0001-84.
